How can I open account?

How long does it take to open an account?

Once we have received all necessary information and documents from you, we will begin the evaluation process. Our goal is to respond within 48-72 hours with any additional comments or requirements to complete the on-boarding and approval process.

Yes, we provide our customers with a unique IBAN Number.

What currencies does NEOBUSINESSBANK support?

We support a range of currencies including EUR, USD, GBP, RUB, JPY, AED, and CHF. If you are interested in a currency that is not listed, please contact us at customer@neobusinessbank.com.

How do I close my account?

If you no longer wish to be a customer of NEOBUSINESSBANK, you can contact our Customer Service Unit at customer@neobusinessbank.com to initiate the account closure process.

Do you support both SEPA and SWIFT Payments?

Yes, through our extensive banking network, we provide both SEPA and SWIFT Payments.

What documentation do I need to provide to execute a transaction?

To ensure smooth and timely execution of your transactions, it is recommended that you provide supporting documentation (such as agreements or invoices) in advance.

What are the cut-off times for payment execution?

The cut-off times for payment execution depend on whether the transfer is through SEPA or SWIFT. Our cut-off time for SEPA outgoing payments is 16:45 (CET+1) for same-day value, and 17:30 (CET+1) for incoming payments, assuming the transaction passes our internal reviews.
